Lone Star operates FTZ Zone 104 Magnet Site 14 — 140,000 sq. ft. of General Purpose Foreign-Trade Zone space in Savannah, Georgia, just 2.5 miles from Gate 4 of the Georgia Port Authority. The Zone recently adopted the Alternative Site Framework (ASF).

Foreign-Trade Zones (FTZs) are designated duty, tax and tariff-free areas. Using an FTZ, a company engaged in international business brings foreign goods onto U.S. soil, paying import costs only if and when they enter the commerce of the United States. For example, a company may choose to
